Our Communities

First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard believe one of the most significant investments in our future should be supporting our youth's financial literacy. To ensure students have a basic understanding of finances and investing, dozens of PREMIER employees donate their time and talents to Junior Achievement each year. PREMIER also supports the growing need for financial literacy through corporate and individual giving.

Special Olympics helps people with intellectual disabilities discover new strengths and confidence both on and off the playing field. The organization has a presence in over 40 communities across South Dakota. PREMIER has been actively involved in Special Olympics of South Dakota since 1988. Our passionate employees volunteer to organize and staff local and regional events and games.

While PREMIER supports Lutheran Social Services (LSS) financially, perhaps our greatest gift is provided by our many dedicated and generous employees serving the Pre-K to 12th grade Youth Mentoring program. Since the program began in 2001, over 300 PREMIER employees have given their time and talents to local students. The volunteer work of our employees have played an essential role in helping individuals, families and communities find inner strength during difficult and challenging times.
