Frequently Asked Questions

What types of checks can I deposit using Mobile Banking?

You can deposit checks payable in U.S. dollars and drawn on any U.S. bank, including personal, business and government checks. They must also be payable to and endorsed by the account holder and with "For Mobile Deposit Only. First PREMIER Bank."
International checks, U.S. savings bonds, U.S. postal money orders, remotely created checks (whether in paper form or electronically created), convenience checks (checks drawn against a line of credit) and cash are not eligible for Mobile Deposit.

Are there limits on the dollar amount I can deposit through my personal Mobile Banking?

There is a $5,000 per check limit and a $10,000 daily limit through Mobile Deposit.

What should I do with my paper check after using Mobile Deposit?

Write “Mobile Deposit” on the front of your check and include the day, month and year you deposited it as a reminder. Securely store your check for five days after your deposit. This allows sufficient time in case the original check is required for any reason. After five days, you should destroy the check.

When will my mobile deposit be available?

Funds deposited through Mobile Deposit that are received before 6:00 p.m. CST will be available the next day. Funds deposited through Mobile Deposit after that time will be received the next business day and available the business day following receipt.
