How do I sign up for Business Online Banking?

For your security, enrollment for Business Online Banking and Business Mobile Banking must occur at a First PREMIER Bank location by an authorized signer of the account.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, enter your Login ID and click login from the homepage. You will be taken to another page where you can click on the "Forgot your password?" link. Or you can call Customer Care at 800-501-6535.

What do I do if I get locked out of Online or Mobile Banking?

If you enter an incorrect password three times, you will be locked out of Mobile Banking and Online Banking. Please contact Customer Care at 800-501-6535.

How often is my account information updated within Online Banking?

Debit card transactions and ATM activity will reflect as a pending transaction near real-time within online banking. All other account activity will update nightly Monday through Friday, with the exception of Federal holidays.
